Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee The federal government requires states to review their child support guidelines every four years. The Department of Children and Families is currently identifying the scope for the next required review due in 2025. Effective date of guidelines: Dec. 1, 2021 Date of next quadrennial review: Dec. 8, 2025 Child Support Standard Guidelines 2025 Review Interested partners are encouraged to submit possible topics to the Bureau of Child Support (BCS) for review and consideration. Please note that while all topics will be considered, not all topics will be selected. Topics not selected for this review period will be kept for future analysis.
