Five County Demonstration Project

Wisconsin's Five County Demonstration Project (FCDP) program is being piloted in a limited number of counties to help parents paying support to:

  • Overcome barriers preventing them from providing steady financial and emotional support to their children;
  • Connect more fully with their children; and
  • Find employment so they can make steady child support payments.

FCDP seeks to improve child well-being and to help parents paying support become more emotionally and financially involved with their children.

You may be eligible to participate if you are:

  • Unemployed or underemployed;
  • Able to work;
  • Have an active child support case in Brown, Kenosha, Marathon, Racine, or Wood County; and
  • Not current in making your child support payments.

Contact your local child support agency for more information.
