The Wisconsin Child Support Program

**October 15, 2019: If you received the “Notice of Interest Added to Administrative Lien,” it stated Starting November 1, 2019 interest will be included in the total administrative lien amount. Due to circumstances beyond our control, this has been delayed until February 2020.**

**Notice:  The administrative code Chapter DCF 150 Child Support Percentage of Income Standard was amended effective July 1, 2018.  BCS is in the process of updating information on this site to conform to those changes. **



The Wisconsin Child Support Program helps parents get court orders for financial and medical support for their children. It also enforces these support orders when needed, and makes sure that all money collected is paid out correctly.
