The Wisconsin Child Support Program

** Non-custodial parents with outstanding R&D debts have been certified for state tax intercept. These outstanding amounts will be deducted from any state tax refunds. The Wisconsin Child Support Program helps parents get court orders for financial and medical support for their children. It also enforces these support orders when needed, and makes sure that all money collected is paid out correctly.
