  2. CS Bulletins, Letters & Admin Memos: At least one person from each CSA must subscribe to this list. Notifies CSAs when a new child support bulletin (CSB), child support letter (CSL), or child support-related administrator's memo has been published to the Child Support Partner Resources site.

Information about Child Support Email Subscription Lists

  1. If you are not sure if you are signed up for a list, sign up again. If you sign up for a list more than once, the duplicate will be eliminated.
  2. If your email address changes, you must unsubscribe the old email address and then re-subscribe using your new email address. Note: It can take several hours for an old email address to unsubscribe which may mean receiving duplicate emails for a short time if an old email address forwards to a new email address.
  3. If an email bounces repeatedly, it will be deleted from the subscription email list. If you still need the emails, unsubscribing and then re-subscribing should resolve the issue.
  4. If you enter the wrong email address, you won't receive the updates sent from these lists.
  5. To remove yourself from a list, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the unsubscribe area and enter to submit the needed information as indicated.

Subscribing to Email Lists
