Beginning August 3rd users will need a MyWisconsin ID to access the RMS system.

  • Create a MyWisconsin ID with your business email address at the DOA MyWisconsin ID web page.
  • Do not use a personal e-mail address for this purpose. If you already have a MyWisconsin ID for personal use, make a second one with your business e-mail to conduct business on behalf of an entity.

The first time you access the RMS system you will receive a prompt to enter your MyWisconsin ID. Continue using your WIEXT ID to access the RMS System until more detailed instructions are provided.

Income Maintenance/Child Care (IM/CC) Random Moment Sampling (RMS) Reports

A ‘sample results detail’ report is provided by DCF to the Department of Health Services (DHS) monthly for review. DHS may then contact any agency, employee, or supervisor regarding any of the sampled responses. If at any time a supervisor would like a copy of this report, send an email request to the DCF RMS Administrator indicating the group and county needed.

Quarterly Group 3/5 statistics generated from observation results are posted once all observations have been submitted, reviewed and tabulated. All statistics prior to 2026 are found in the archived statistics section below.
