Illegally Operated Wisconsin Child Care Providers: This report lists all illegally operated child care providers (caring for 4 or more children under age 7 who are not related to the child care provider) who have been issued a stop operating order by the Department of Children and Families within the past 5 years. Revoked Wisconsin Child Care Providers: This report lists all child care providers who have had their license or certification to operate a child care center revoked by the Department of Children and Families or certification revoked by the certification agency within the past 5 years. Denied Providers: This report lists all child care providers who have been denied a license or certificate to operate a child care center by the Department of Children and Families, or denied a certificate by the certification agency within the past 5 years.
