The database contains information about all certified and licensed providers within the State of Wisconsin. CSAW (Child Care Statewide Administration on the Web) CSAW is used to create child care authorizations for all families receiving Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidies. CSAW Login. (Note: You must log in to CSAW to access the user guides.) Effective January 4, 2021, the User Guides for the Child Care Statewide Administration on the Web (CSAW) system are available only through CSAW. These User Guides are available to Wisconsin Shares administrative agency workers in the CSAW Users SharePoint site, which is accessed through a link within CSAW. All Wisconsin regulated providers may request access to the Portal regardless if they are caring for children receiving Wisconsin Shares.
