  • The Wisconsin Child Care Regulatory System (WISCCRS) is a statewide database used by both child care licensing and certification staff. The database contains information about all certified and licensed providers within the State of Wisconsin.

 

EBT CSAW (Child Care Statewide Administration on the Web)

The EBT CSAW Authorizations Guide explains the following functionality:

  • Parent Approved Activity screens
  • Child Copay/Special Needs screens
  • Authorization and Child's Schedules
  • Processing various changes to an authorization

EBT CSAW Dashboard

The EBT CSAW Dashboard explains the following functionality:

  • The EBT CSAW Dashboard will include tasks and informational messages pertaining to various child care events.
    • Examples: Inbox and Assignments
  • Local Agency Child Care Coordinators will have access to a screen where they can assign roles to staff in their agency

CCPP (Child Care Provider Portal)

The Child Care Provider Portal (CCPP or Portal) was created to support the roll-out of the MyWIChildCare program, which is used by all families receiving Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidies. All Wisconsin regulated providers may request access to the new portal regardless if they are caring for children receiving Wisconsin Shares.

Web Intelligence (WebI) is part of the SAP BusinessObjects product suite. It facilitates the publishing and distribution of reports via the web.
