Text Messaging Information

Want to receive text message alerts on your mobile device? Parents using the MyWIChildCare Parent Portal can receive text message alerts from DCF or your local agency when an authorization worker sends you a message via the Parent Portal. Usually, messages are sent when there are questions about an authorization request. Parents can now respond to a worker's message through the Parent Portal. Message and Data Rates May Apply.
