Providers may look back at expenses during that time frame to identify when Child Care Counts funds can be used. Note: Expenses cannot have already been funded by a prior DCF program or reimbursed by another state or federal fund source. **Supplementary Payments from Fall 2020 and Fall 2020 Round 2 were excluded from Wisconsin Income Tax ***Stabilization Payment Funding Period is referred to as the “Count Week,” and is specific to each month.
