Food Survey for Child Care Providers in NE Wisconsin

The NE Wisconsin Child Care Alliance is surveying child care programs to gauge interest in a collaborative approach to food access and distribution that would aim to reduce food costs and leverage community assets in the region. We’re looking for input and feedback from all types of child care programs that operate in the following counties/areas: Brown, Calumet, Door, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Oconto, Oneida Nation, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago.

Actions you can take:

  1. Complete the survey if you are a child care provider in the above regions (only takes 10 minutes!).
  2. If you are not a provider, please share this information with providers in your network.

Please reach out to Lynn Coriano with any questions.
