Apply Now Through February 25 for Round 4 of Child Care Counts Stabilization Payment Program

Application Week for Round 4 of Child Care Counts Stabilization Payment Program runs February 10 – February 25. Apply early to ensure you don’t miss the deadline. Payment letters for January are in the Child Care Provider Portal.

What You Need to do During Application Week

  • You must submit a new initial application to be eligible for ongoing monthly payments for Round 4.
  • If you applied in January, much of your information will be copied to the new Round 4 application. Be sure to review this information carefully and update as needed when submitting your new application.
  • You must upload verification documents with your initial Round 4 application. You cannot submit an initial application without uploading the following documents:
    • Program A – Child Attendance Records 
    • Program B – Staff Records (employment status, part/full-time status, and current wages/rate of pay), and Child Attendance Records (if they were not already uploaded for Program A) 
  • Once approved, you must submit monthly updates to your application, and adhere to the program Terms and Conditions in order to receive ongoing monthly payments.

Track 4 Directors YoungStar 101 Learning Cohort – Wisconsin Afterschool Network offers a small group learning cohort for day camp settings

The Wisconsin Afterschool Network (WAN) is offering a small group learning cohort for Track 4 Directors to explore the YoungStar School-Age criteria, evaluation, and coaching process in licensed day camp settings. The cohort will run February 27, March 5, and March 12 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Visit the links below to learn more.

Bullying is common among children. At least 1 in 7 children are bullied once per week. Join Parents Place and learn how you can help children to manage bullying and for you to intervene in a productive way- if necessary.
