Provider Survey - How Are We Doing? The Department of Children and Families (DCF) has created the following customer satisfaction surveys to learn more about how we’re doing in serving licensed child care providers. The responses we receive to these surveys will be compiled and reviewed by DCF staff to help us improve our services. Your survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Because your survey answers will be submitted anonymously, DCF staff will not know whether or not you responded. If you respond, DCF staff will not know what responses you submitted.
