Refugee Programs

The Refugee Programs Section (RPS), an office of the State of Wisconsin, Department of Children and Families, manages contracts and monitors activities for programs funded through the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement. Refugee programs and services are provided through contracts with local refugee service provider agencies and consortia. The focus of these programs is to enable refugees, their children and families, to achieve economic and personal self-sufficiency.
