Parent Portal Resources

Why was the Parent Portal built?

  • To support easier access to child care services and help the local agencies manage workload. The Parent Portal is available 24/7 and has the most up-to-date information on child care authorizations and subsidy amounts.  Parents have the ability to see the status of any change requests submitted to the agency.
  • The Parent Portal, in combination with the MyWIChildCare EBT card, empowers families to become more involved in selecting child care, checking subsidy balances, and tracking payments.

What has made the Parent Portal successful?

  • Responsive design allows you to access the portal using any device, including mobile devices.
  • Population of any current child care authorization information so you can quickly assess for any needed edits/changes, and move faster through the navigation flow.
  • Allows you to access your information 24/7 and make changes when it is convenient to your schedule, rather than calling or visiting your local agencies during business hours.
