Congratulations! Now it's time to submit an Expression of Interest form. This form collects details like your name, contact information, and the intended location of your child care program. Use Wisconsin's Child Care Provider Portal (CCPP) to submit your form online in just a few minutes. After submitting your Expression of Interest, you will be contacted by a regional pre-licensing technical consultant. They will help you take the next step. Scroll down to learn how to submit your own completed form. Access the Child Care Provider Portal Do you have access to the Child Care Provider Portal (CCPP) or have a DWD/Wisconsin Logon Account? Then you're ready to log in to the CCPP and submit your Expression of Interest form. You do not need to set up another user ID and password if you already have one. Be sure this is your own account, and it is not shared with anyone else. If you haven't accessed the CCPP before and don't have a DWD/Wisconsin Logon Account, you will need to create an account.
