Contacts app

WWP allows you to manage all the contacts associated with a participant in a single location using the “Contacts app”. Examples of contacts you may want to track include:

• Community Corrections Agent
• Child Welfare Worker
• Employer
• Treatment/Assessment Provider
• Legal Representative/Advocate
• Non-Custodial Parent

If the individual is co-enrolled in any other program(s), you may also want to save the contact information of other case manager(s) so that you can collaborate more easily.

You can view and update contacts in several different ways:

• View a list of contacts
• Add or edit a contact
• View a single contact
• Manage contact(s) associated with a page

Remember, confidential information should only be in the “Contacts app” if “Treatment/Assessment Provider” was selected for “Contact Title”.
