In turn, SFTA works with its network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (CCR&Rs) to implement the work all around Wisconsin. Find Your Local CCR&R Are you a parent or caregiver? CCR&Rs help individuals who are interested in starting a new licensed family or group child care program.
