DCFServiceDesk@wisconsin.gov To report problems or request assistance with the eWiSACWIS application, contact the Service Desk through one of the methods listed below. Requesting eWiSACWIS Access Click here for more information on the process for requesting access to eWiSACWIS. Reporting eWiSACWIS Issues To report an issue or request assistance with the eWiSACWIS application, contact the DCF Service Desk. The Service Desk will provide you with an incident number, which you can use to track your issue. Please be prepared to provide the following information (if available): 1. A brief description of the issue, including the type of work you were doing and the page you were on when you encountered the issue. 2. Any messages or error text that were displayed on the page or pop-up. 3. Any applicable Case, Person, and/or Provider ID numbers. For confidentiality reasons, please do not include real names or other personally identifiable information. 4. An estimate of the severity of the issue based on the following: Critical - System is inaccessible, no workaround to the problem exists, or a time-critical deadline exists for the worker. (Response time estimate is within 30 minutes during normal business hours.) Urgent - Worker can perform other activities in the application, but it is vital to get the problem resolved quickly. (Response time estimate is within 1 hour during normal business hours.) Normal - Enhancement requests, trainings questions, general questions, and any problem that does not fit inteh categories above. (Response time estimate is within 4 hours during normal business hours.) Note: Issues reported outside of normal business hours will not be addressed until the next business day. Requesting eWiSACWIS Changes To request a change or enhancement to eWiSACWIS, contact the DCF Service Desk. Please be prepared to provide answers to the following questions: What is the change you are requesting? What would this change look like to you? How do you believe the enhancement would benefit you? What process would this benefit? Is there a policy or business need for this enhancement? How often do you do the work that this enhancement impacts? Are you currently doing a workaround? If so, what is it? eWiSACWIS Password Resets All eWiSACWIS password resets are managed through your Wisconsin Access Management System (WAMS) account. Please contact the Department of Administration (DOA) Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) Service Desk for password resets.
