September 15 Child Care Provider Updates August CCC Payments Available September 16 The August Child Care Counts: Stabilization Payment Program Round 2 payments will be available to eligible providers by September 16 via payment letter uploaded to the Child Care Provider Portal. If you are approved for August funds, you must update your child and staff information during the next application/update period, September 26-30, 2022. The September Count Weeks are September 11-24. Reminder: Reminder to Select “Submit Request” When Reporting Prices When reporting prices or price changes through the Child Care Provider Portal, remember to select ‘Submit Request’ before you leave the page. When selected, the local agency receives a notification to accept the updated prices which are then used in the monthly Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy calculation. When prices are entered, but not submitted, the local agency staff will not be notified that new prices have been submitted and this will result in price updates not being reflected in the Wisconsin Shares subsidy calculation.
