September 6 Child Care Provider Updates

August CCC Application Period Extended Through Today

Last week, there were reports of outages in the Child Care Counts (CCC) application system that were preventing providers from submitting applications before the September 2 deadline. Due to this issue, we extended the August Child Care Counts application. The August application closes today, September 6, at 11:59 p.m.

Please note: This extended application/update period is only for the August application (Count Weeks August 7 – August 20).

The Call Center is open Tuesday, September 6 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Please log in to the Child Care Provider Portal to update your applications before 11:59 p.m. today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
