September 2 Child Care Provider Updates August CCC Application Period Extended Through September 6 This week there have been reports of outages in the Child Care Counts (CCC) application system that are preventing providers from submitting applications before the September 2 deadline. Due to this issue, we are extending the August Child Care Counts application. The August application will now close at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6. Please note: This extended application/update period is only for the August application (Count Weeks August 7 – August 20). The Child Care Counts Call Center will be closed from Saturday, September 3 to Monday, September 5 due to the holiday weekend. The Call Center will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 6 (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Please log in to the Child Care Provider Portal to update your applications before 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
