Bureau of Working Families Data and Report Resources Reports include monthly case counts from 2012 to current month. Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Child Only Cases Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Child Only Cases Two types of families within the Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) program were excluded from Wisconsin Works (W-2) because the parents or adult relatives in these families were not appropriate candidates for the work participation and other requirements of W-2. These families were placed ineither the Kinship Care or Caretaker Supplement program.
