The agency being audited or their auditor needs to send a copy of the audit report to all agencies that provided funding to the auditee. Check the contract or contact the funding agencies for information on where to send the audit report and whether the report is to be in paper or electronic format.

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) establishes grant contracts with counties, tribes, school districts, boards, and a number of non-profit organizations for the implementation of the Department's programs. Audits of these agencies and Department programs are to be conducted by certified public accountants and accounting firms in accordance with federal and state audit requirements.

PACS provides collection services for public assistance programs including: AFDC, Child Care, FoodShare, Job Access Loans, Medical Assistance, Medicaid, Badger Care, Badger Care Plus, Senior Care and W-2.
