Refugee Programs If you are a refugee or another Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) qualified individual such as asylee, Special Immigrant Visa holder, victim of trafficking, or Cuban/Haitian entrant within your first five years of arrival/obtaining ORR eligible status, you may be eligible for a number of different programs and services such as: Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance Employment Programs to help you find a job Refugee School Impact and Youth Mentoring programs to help your children succeed in school Refugee Health Programs Services to Older Refugees If you are outside of the five years if arrival, you may still be eligible for other services (e.g. citizenship, employment, etc).
