Washington Avenue, Madison WI 53703Room 117 Join Zoom Meeting Agenda Welcome, Call to Order The meeting will be called to order, agenda reviewed, and Council members will review and approve meeting minutes from the March 11 ECAC meeting. Co-Chair Comments The DCF Secretary and the DPI State Superintendent will welcome the Council and provide department updates. Membership Update Newly appointed members will have an opportunity to introduce themselves to the Council. Early Learning Development Guidelines (ELDG) Revision Project The Council will hear about the ELDG Revision Project (formerly known as Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS)) from Marzano Research Group. State Agency Update The Council will hear state and federal updates from DCF, DPI and DHS. Preschool Development Grant (PDG) Update The Council will hear about the Preschool Development Grant. 2026 ECAC Planning Discussion of ECAC priorities for 2026.
