If you haven't yet linked your MyWisconsin ID to access the RMS system please complete the following:

  1. Create a MyWisconsin ID with your business email address at the DOA MyWisconsin ID web page.
  2. Link the accounts by logging into the RMS/RMTS system using your WIEXT ID, type your MyWisconsin ID, click Save.

Continue using your WIEXT ID to access the RMS/RMTS System until November 20th.

Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) quarterly reports are statistically valid data summaries used to calculate federal Medicaid reimbursements. This page lists quarterly RMTS reports as they are available. Reports older than quarter 1, 2026 are listed in the archived reports section of this page. If you have any issues downloading or accessing the reports below send an email to the RMTS Administrator for assistance.
