Washington Avenue, Madison WI 53703Room 121 Join Zoom Meeting Agenda Welcome, Call to Order The meeting will be called to order, agenda reviewed, and Council members will review and approve meeting minutes from the October 8, 2025, Council meeting. Co-Chair Comments The DCF Secretary and the DPI State Superintendent will welcome the Council and provide department updates. Early Learning Development Guidelines (ELDG) Revision Project The Council will hear about the ELDG Revision Project (formerly known as Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS)) from Marzano Research Group. Federal Update The Council will discuss federal updates. State Agency Update The Council will hear updates from DCF, DPI and DHS. Get Kids Ready Program Update The Council will hear about the Get Kids Ready Program. Public Comment The Council will hear comments and updates from members of the public. Adjourn
