WebI page

The “WebI” page in the "Worker Tools" is only accessible by a W-2 FEP. This page contains links to some of the commonly used FEP-level WebI reports. FEPs do not need to have a WebI user ID to open these reports. Each report will be filtered to the FEP’s caseload and the FEP will only be able to see their caseload data.

Reports included on the WebI page in WWP

RP740Q: W-2 Placement & Activities Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants as of the end of last week. EP begin and end dates, episode begin date, placement begin date, and activities with scheduled hours are included.

Load frequency: Data is loaded every Sunday.

CL Report 03: W-2 Caseload Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants for the previous month. Eligibility dates, EP Status, and placement begin and end dates are included.

Load frequency: Data is loaded the third business day of every month.

RP740TANF: TANF Activities Detail Report

This report lists all paid and unpaid participants as of the end of last week. EP end date, episode begin date, placement begin date, and activities with scheduled hours are included. The WPR “tentative meeting” calculation based on the single week’s assigned activities is also included.

Load frequency: Data is loaded every Sunday.

WWP-09: W-2 Cases with 20Pct or More Benefit Reduction

This report lists all participants who have a 20% or more sanction at pull-down. Gross payment, hourly reduction, percent reduction, and a breakdown of missed activities is included.

Load frequency: Data is loaded at pull-down for the Payment Issuance Month.

Monitoring 02: Dynamic Search Tool - WPFN Replacement Report

This report consists of two parts:  a “cross-tab” or cross-reference table that shows counts of participants meeting specific (and changeable, via input controls) criteria, and a second “details” table that shows a wealth of information about the specific participants shown in the cross-tab table.    

Load frequency: Data is loaded nightly.

Monitoring 03: Participants Without a Completed WWP Informal Assessment

This temporary report should assist W-2 agency staff in ensuring that all participants receive a new Informal Assessment in WWP within 6 months of WWP implementation. This report lists all Referred and Enrolled W-2 participants who do not have an informal assessment in WWP or who have an informal assessment that is still in progress.

Monitoring 03b

This report shows a history of informal assessment submissions in WWP and whether informal assessments for W-2 Referred or Enrolled participants were submitted on time or after the due date. This report will allow agencies to determine if they are not meeting W-2 Manual 5.2.1.

Employment 04: Open Employments

This report lists participants who have multiple “open” employments.  An employment is considered “open” if it does not have an employment end date.  Multiple open employments may be an indication that employment data is not being kept up, and may be in need of an update.

Refusal to Participate 01: Potential Refusal to Participate Cases with 20 Percent or More Payment Reduction

This report assists W-2 agencies with identifying individuals who are at risk for refusing to participate due to a 20 percent or more payment reduction for two consecutive months or for three non-consecutive months in a rolling six-month period.  W-2 agency staff should not infer that listed participants are refusing to participate.
