Household Members

Use the Household Members page to add Other Caretaker Relatives and Dependent Children that are part of the application. This page allows you to search for previous group members associated with the applicant or add new group members through the Clearance process.

Clicking the + Find Previous Group members button displays the Previous Group Members page. This page lists any members of a W-2 Assistance Group, EA Group, or FoodShare Assistance Group that the applicant was previously in or is currently in, regardless of the Assistance Group being currently open or closed.

If you cannot find existing group members, click the + Add Group Members button to display the Add Group Members page. If you know the PIN of the group member you want to add, search for it here.

Click the Clearance button to start the Clearance process for a new group member. After you complete the Clearance and Client Registration pages for the new member, WWP returns you to the Household Members page.

If any EA Group member has received EA in the past 12 months or if an adult in the EA Group has an active Intentional Program Violation (IPV), the message below will display.
