EA Application History

The EA Application History page displays information about approved, pending, denied, and withdrawn EA applications for a given PIN. You also start a new application from this page.

When an applicant has received a payment within the last 12 months, the message below will display at the top of the page.

To view the details of an application, click that application. 

When an individual has no previous EA applications, No Results Found will display.

To record an IPV, click the + New EA IPV button. 

Once one or more IPV records exist, they will display in the EA IPV History section of the page.

Clicking the pencil icon will bring the user to the Edit EA IPV page.
