Paternity Testing

Overview:

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) Division of Family and Economic Security (DFES) will be soliciting a Request for Bid (RFB) for Paternity Testing to establish a qualified list of vendors to provide genetic paternity testing, including sample collection.

The qualified list of vendors will be used by authorized users, which include counties, tribes, and licensed adoption agencies. Bidders must be willing to extend their pricing to all categories of authorized users.
