New Verification Checklist

When an applicant has not provided all verification needed for EA and Pending Verification was selected in a drop-down menu, this page can be used to generate a verification checklist. 

Users can add information to this page when additional verification is needed and is not already listed on the verification checklist.

Select how you provided the checklist to the applicant using the drop-down menu. If Other is selected, an additional field displays and is required for detailing how you provided the checklist.

Clicking Submit creates the new checklist.
