Emergency Assistance EA 01 Emergency Assistance Details Approved, Denied, Withdrawn, In Progress, Pending EA applications, displayed by contract agency and application worker. The W-2 Agency's Emergency Assistance (EA) department will utilize this report to identify the current EA application status and case details for an individual. Also, shares1 row for each application and the applicant demographics to understand who is applying, why, and where. Wisconsin Works Excessive W-2 Employment Hours This report is to be used to identify employments to modify or close. The reasoning is that the total employment hours for a participant are unrealistically high, implying that either some employments should be closed or the recorded hours are incorrect. Wisconsin Works Cap Report 01c: W-2 Cases with Open Placement Episodes Pending for W-2 AG to be closed

This report provides information about cases that may close or have closed and the Closure Reason but still have an open placement. Contract Agencies may use this report identify cases that are pending for W-2 that will automatically close at the end of the current month if no additional action is taken.  

Select the report month and agency region,. Know that this report updates with new data on Sunday. use the Assistance Group Reason Code to review the case.

Wisconsin Works CWW Appointment Schedule Report  This report provides appointment schedule information from CWW. Wisconsin Works Wisconsin Works Action Item Monitoring Report This report began loading data in June 2026 and will be going forward. Wisconsin Works Activity Report

This report details the identifying details of the participants and the activities they are involved in. This includes the start date, end date, and current status of the activity. 

This report is used to track activities and time used for participants. Agency workers complete the agency name and month prompt to narrow report information. After the data is displayed, use the ellipses button to export the Activity Report to Excel. Use the Excel to Sort and Filter for agency specific needs.

Wisconsin Works Work Participation Rate Monitoring Report  The purpose of this report is to provide the information needed for monitoring participant Federal Work Requirements (FWR), and hence Work Participation Rate (WPR), at W-2 agencies. Wisconsin Works Monitoring Report 02: Dynamic Search Tool - WPFN Replacement Report This report assists in monitoring cases open for the month, their placement, time used, EP details, and other informal assessment data in one snapshot. This report includes an indicator for single or two-parent households. If there is no current placement partial data or blank fields will display. Wisconsin Works Monitoring Report 03: Participants Without a Completed WWP Informal Assessment This report aids in identifying participants who have not submitted an informal assessment prior to an initial placement or within 10 days prior to, or on the day of, a placement change. It will allow W-2 agency staff to identify participants in need of an informal assessment. Wisconsin Works  RP 740Q - W-2 Placement & Activities Detail Report - 740Q and 740 TANF Merge

This report includes participant and FEP worker information to assist in managing EP End Date, Work Experience Hours, Job Search and Job Readiness Hours, Education Attainment Hours, and Avg. Scheduled Hours. This report excludes CMF and CM+ placements. 

The definitions for the Job Search and Job Readiness hours are defined under the All Placements tab near the bottom of the report.
