So you installed an unapproved app…

Access to apps and email on your device will be restored once the unapproved app is deleted.

  1. Locate the unapproved app on your device. The name of the app was identified in the email you received earlier.

  2. Tap and hold on the offending app until the icons shake and you see the little (x) on the app.

  3. Tap the (x) on the offending app to delete it. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the app. Tap Delete.

  4. Press the Home Button to stop the apps from shaking.
  5. Open the Agent app on your device, you are going to do a sync to re-enable the hidden apps.

  6. Tap on the Status section for your phone, where it says Not Compliant

  7. Tap the Sync Device button. A notification will tell you that your request was sent. Tap OK

  8. Tap the Home Button to return to the home screen. Your apps will come back soon.
