DCF System Access During Travel Outside the U.S. 

When users leave the United States, their access to DCF systems will be disabled for the duration of the trip. 

• Supervisors please submit a request to the Service Desk to disable a users access during the travel.
• Exceptions may be considered, but only under the most extenuating of circumstances. 
• Exceptions will require approval from BITS/TSS, CIO and Division Administrator or higher.
