This form should be used to document and submit topics for review and potential discussion at PAC meetings. Submit this completed form prior to the deadline for submitting discussion topics.
The WI Bureau of Child Support (BCS) will use the information provided on this form to determine if the topic relates to a policy issue that requires PAC review. If the topic is more of a procedural or process issue, a workgroup may be formed to review the topic before bringing it to PAC for discussion and potential recommendations.
BCS will notify the person who submitted the form of the next steps. Topics brought to PAC for discussion and recommendations must be researched and prioritized based on the complexity of the issue, as well as staff and resource availability. The final decision and prioritization of PAC topics for presentation will be made by the Policy team and the BCS PAC Agenda group.
Topics submitted after the deadline may be delayed for consideration until the next scheduled PAC meeting.
The person completing this form will be expected to provide the details to BCS for determining next steps in the process.
