EA Access Inbox Details This page displays appointment and worker details as well as details about the applicant. Worker Scheduled Appt Use the Yes or No box to indicate if the worker scheduled or rescheduled the appointment. The No box is defaulted. EA Application (PDF) View or print the ACCESS Application the applicant completed. EA ACCESS Appointment Appointment information shows the appointment date, time, location, and worker and time details. The information populates with the appointment details the at the time of application submission and does not update if the details change. Group Member Information Group members included in the application display at the bottom of the page. If a group member is not known to WWP, then the Exists in WWP column will be populated with No. Click the + Identify Group Member button to navigate to the Identify Group Member page. On this page, if present, the PIN will populate from the Edit EA ACCESS Details page. Click the Identify Group Member checkbox, then click Save. This will update the Exists in WWP value from No to Yes on the Edit EA ACCESS Details page. If the Group Member’s PIN does not exist in WWP or CWW, no PIN will display on the Edit EA ACCESS Details page. Clicking the + Identify Group Member button will bring users to the Identify Group Member page with No Members Found displayed. When no members are found, a PIN must be created. To create a PIN, run Clearance, select the new record, and then select and complete Client Registration. After completing Client Registration, WWP will navigate users back to the Edit EA ACCESS Details page where the newly created PIN will display. All group members must exist in WWP before you can create a new In Progress application.
