New staff/Gaining SPARC Access: Have them obtain their unique SPARC log-in credentials by following the directions for Accessing SPARC. Do not share log-in credentials between staff. Leaving staff/Ending SPARC Access: E-mail DCFFinanceGrants@wisconsin.gov. You can do either option below: Fill out/attach the External SPARC Sign In Authorization Request and select "Employment Ended" or "Other: End Access" In body of e-mail: Request SPARC access for an individual be ended Updating your SPARC Contact Info Has your e-mail address, phone number, or title changed since first requesting SPARC access? Please contact us for updates! For e-mail address and phone number, do both: Update the information in your WIEXT ID/DWD account profile: Go to the DWD Accounts Log In Page and enter your Username and Password.On the next page, choose the option to Edit Your Profile.
