Domestic Abuse Services for Immigrant, Refugee, and Former Refugee Communities Overview: This upcoming procurement opportunity seeks proposals to provide culturally specific Domestic Abuse Services for Immigrant, Refugee, and Former Refugee Populations. Preferred proposers will demonstrate a documented history of providing effective, culturally specific services to victims of domestic violence (DV) and their children in the targeted immigrant, refugee, and/or former refugee community. Nonprofit corporations, public agencies, or tribal governments that provide the following domestic abuse services: (1) shelter or private home care; (2) advocacy and counseling for victims (including supportive services); (3) 24-hour DV hotline; and/or (4) community education will be eligible to submit a response.
