LCEY Meeting Tomorrow

The Governor’s Leadership Council on Early Years (LCEY) will meet on Thursday, October 26. Council members will hear agency member updates, participate in a discussion on child care data, and be able to hear directly from one of DCF’s Dream Up! communities, the City of Mauston. You can observe the meeting live or watch afterwards on the DCF YouTube Channel.

Early Childhood Health Consultation Webinar November 2

The Early Childhood Health Consultation (ECHC) is hosting a Lead 101: Implications for Child Care Facilities webinar on November 2 at 1 p.m. CST. Tune in to hear more about resources here in Wisconsin to help tackle common questions surrounding lead for early childhood care programs. 

Both the ECHC and DHS’ Lead Remediation program receive funding through the Preschool Development Grant (PDG).
