Council members will hear agency budget updates, an update on the Neighborhood Investment Fund Grant Program from the Department of Administration, and a session from KidsForward. Early Childhood Health Consultation Updates Wisconsin Early Childhood Health Consultation (ECHC) has expanded again! If you are an early childhood care and education provider in Clark, Door, Florence, Iowa, Langlade, Pepin, Richland, Sauk, or Washburn counties, virtual health consultation is now available to you! The Early Childhood Health Consultation (ECHC) is a free program that provides Wisconsin’s early childhood care and education providers with information on best practices related to child health and safety. Currently, the ECHC program offers ongoing support and guidance statewide through an on-demand resource library, monthly webinars and podcasts.
