Many times, we find that an explanation of an action we have taken is all that is needed to resolve the problem. You may contact our agency by email at DCFMECAFEEDBACK@wi.gov , use this online feedback form, or mail the completed feedback and complaint form to MECA, Attention Parent Provider Liaison, 1220 W. Vliet Street, Milwaukee, WI 53205. Most concerns will be addressed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of request.
If you have concerns about how your case is being handled, services you are being provided, or any other concerns, you may file a complaint. No action can be taken against you or your children because you have filed a complaint.
