Open DMCPS Request For Proposals Domestic Violence Education - Milwaukee Program The Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services (DMCPS) within the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is soliciting applications for the Domestic Violence Education - Milwaukee Program to provide outreach and group education as well referrals to therapy and other needed services for families experiencing domestic violence in Milwaukee County. Issue Date: August 15, 2022 Due Date and Time: September 19, 2022 (2PM CST) Out of Home Care Provider Registration and Contracts OHC Provider application Child Welfare Rapid Response - Milwaukee Program The Department of Children and Families (DCF) has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for a new Child Welfare Rapid Response program for the Milwaukee County child welfare system. The purpose of this program is to provide short-term crisis intervention and stabilization services for children involved in Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services (DMCPS) programming who are experiencing a mental health or other behavioral crises. These voluntary services shall consist of a responsive intake process inclusive of prioritizing cases, crisis management services, clinical services, and communication/collaboration with the DMCPS contracted case manager/initial assessment specialist assigned to the case. The contractor will be expected to be able to support the youth in crisis as well as the caregiver in de-escalating the youth’s crisis, supporting the caregivers as needed, and providing follow up supportive services to reduce additional crises.
