Statewide Wisconsin Family Connections Center

Overview:

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) will be soliciting a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the operation and staffing of a Statewide Wisconsin Family Connections Center: Resources and Support for Families with Out-of-Home Care Involvement, hereinafter referred to as the State Wisconsin Family Connections Centers. Interested parties may include non-profits, county agencies, tribal agencies, and other organizations.

DCF is putting families first in transforming Wisconsin’s child welfare system to become more in-home, family-focused, and collaborative. The Statewide Wisconsin Family Connections Center will contribute to the strategic initiatives of this transformation by strengthening local communities and building services to support families in their home, keeping children in family settings whenever possible, and supporting our workforce with solutions and improvements.
