After graduating, I became a preschool teacher with a Head Start program and after six years, moved on to YoungStar as a quality coach in September of 2021. The Most Exciting Part of Being a BCCA I am very excited to have the opportunity to explore yet another avenue of early childhood advocacy! I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge, working with a new team, and supporting early care in a whole new way. Goal(s) for the Next Year A professional goal would be to transition into the role of a BCCA successfully and build positive relationships with businesses, providers, and families. A personal goal would be to enroll in a Master’s program to pursue a degree in School Counseling.
