PDG Newsletter June 28, 2023 Partner Up! Program Evaluation Now Available Project Growth is one of many initiatives DCF introduced to stabilize our communities’ child care systems and bolster Wisconsin’s economy. To date, $30 million was invested in businesses, communities, child care programs, and families through Project Growth and its two grant programs: Dream Up! and Partner Up! Now that two cohorts have been awarded for each grant program, DCF partnered with KW2 to conduct an evaluation of both grant programs. These findings were released preliminarily in October 2022, and the final report for Partner Up! is now available as well. Project Growth Overview: October 2022 Report Partner Up! Program Evaluation: April 2023 Dream Up! Cohort 3 Awardees Announced DCF announced the Dream Up! Child Care Supply-Building Cohort 3 grant awardees earlier today. Nine additional Wisconsin communities were awarded Dream Up! grants as part of Cohort 3. Twenty-eight communities were awarded in the first two cohorts.
