Participant Summary The “Participant Summary” page provides a high-level overview of the participant’s information. You can access the “Participant Summary” page by selecting the individual from the “Worker Homepage”. Below you can find additional information on what you should expect to see on the “Participant Summary” page: Case Management Actions On the “Participant Summary” page, you will see buttons that allow you to: Enroll Disenroll Transfer – if allowed by your program Reassign Worker Once you are on the “Participant Summary” page, depending on your security profile, you will have access to other case management options via the “Case Management” menu: Within the “Case Management” menu, you will see options such as: PIN Comments Request Assistance Client Registration Informal Assessment Career Assessment Job Readiness Time Limit You will also see options to help you manage participant information, including: Action Needed Participant Barriers Test Scores Work History Contacts Information Displayed Depending on your security profile, the individual's status, contract agency, and program, you may see a different level of information. There can be up to eight sections on the “Participant Summary” page: Basic Information – always displayed W-2 Program – displayed only for W-2 participants CF, TMJ, TJ, and ELEVATE Overview – displayed only for TMJ, TJ, CF, and ELEVATE participants Transform Milwaukee Jobs Program – displayed only for TMJ participants Transitional Jobs Program – displayed only for TJ participants Children First Program – displayed only for CF participants ELEVATE – displayed only for ELEVATE participants Learnfare Program – displayed only for LF participants Other Programs – always displayed, but only includes data if the individual is known to CARES Within many sections, you may see more or less information displayed depending on your relationship to the participant.
