Every effort must be made to ensure that information entered in WISCCRS is as accurate as possible. Generally, information already documented in other fields in WISCCRS (e.g., complaint findings) is usually not documented in a comments field. However, it may be helpful to include a brief notation in the comments field when the information is otherwise “buried” in uploaded documents or other sections of WISCCRS that would not routinely be accessed. For example, although a change in operating hours would be updated in WISCCRS, it may be helpful to call attention to the change in hours by also noting it in the general comments field.
