10.1.1 When the Verification is by Electronic Mail or Regular Mail

Verification by electronic mail or regular mail is usually only done to verify correction of violations related to paperwork documentation, such as staff and children’s files and insurance and well test verification and records. If all cited violations have been corrected through submission of required written material and no facility visit is necessary to verify correction of the violations, the licensing specialist marks the previously unmet violations as met in the mobile app and also issues a copy of the original CFS-294 which notes the correction date (the date of the email or regular mail or receipt of written materials) in the Verification Date column. S/he then scans or copies the form and emails, mails or hand delivers a copy of the finalized CFS-294 to the licensee. The licensee is instructed to post the finalized CFS-294 at the center.
